Amazing with my Sony and roku TV’s!! Five star product!!
Universal remote paired quick and easy with all the TV’s in my house. I wish I had installed this app sooner, I wasted so much money on remotes that would break. As a Sony tv remote, this gives you all button functionality and even has a more page for buttons the regular remote doesn’t have. Roku it works similarly well.

I’m so sick of losing my remote in the couch and around the house! I lose my phone sometimes too but it’s easy enough to find 😅 anyways this is the first app I found that actually paired and worked without any issues for any of the TV’s in my house (again, I have Sony, LG, and Roku if that’s helpful for others). Sony remote app that works perfectly with all my televisions at home
I’ve been using this app for a few years now without any issues. It’s really improved with these last few releases as the developer has added a dedicated touchpad page for navigation, the ability to run shortcuts (I use these to navigate to my favorite youtube channels), and the ability to change the remote background color. Very happy with this app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sony tv remote that works flawlessly. Works with my Roku and lg tvs at home too.
Amazing app for controlling all the tvs I have at home. We have a Sony tv in the living room from 2018 and this app connected right away and has been working perfect. We also got a small Roku tv in our bedroom and an lg tv in our garage for kids video games and this app works great on those as well. After I installed and starting using this app, my wife and 2 kids have installed and been using this app too. Thank you for the great product!!! Touchpad is nice too.

Recent update ruined connectivity
The recent SmartThings update completely broke the digital remote for my Samsung Q7DT TV. It worked perfectly for 4 years, but now it won’t connect at all.
I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps—reinstalling the app, restarting devices, checking Wi-Fi, even manual IP—but nothing works.
Very frustrating. This needs to be fixed or rolled back.

Universal remote working like a charm with both my home roku and sony tv's
This app works perfect for me. I use this to control both the roku tv in my living room and the sony tv in my master bedroom. It's the perfect all in one home entertainment solution!

No video ads? Wrong. With the latest update you get 3 taps of the remote before an intrusive full screen video ad plays. Deleting this.

App or Magic Trick? My Remote Keeps Disappearing And So Does Your Support!
This app was like a superhero swooping in to save the day when the remote went AWOL or the batteries croaked. Annoying ads? I handled those with a small fee—totally worth it. But now, it's like the app has taken up ghosting as a hobby. Disconnects have become so frequent, I’m considering installing a revolving door on my TV connection. Now it’s gone full Houdini and won’t connect at all. I've tried every trick in the book—scanning like it’s a treasure hunt, hard resets, even turning my phone off and on like a caveman rebooting his fire. And for some reason, my 5th email to customer support seems to be stuck in the same Bermuda Triangle as the app. Help?

I use this as my sole remote for my Samsung q70a smart tv. Only complaint is you don’t get EVERY option that you get with a normal remote

Concern
App is excellent, but there’s a issue of being required to purchase it numerous times for each different iPhone, or iPad. Please fix this issue. I had pay twice for premium app version: one for my iPhone and my mom’s iPad. I’m ain’t going third time, or fourth for my other iPhone, Ave iPad. That’s too much now!! I think it might be a app software issue on the developers part.

Does not work
Annoying Ads
The app works good but for every 4 clicks you get an ad and takes another 2-3 clicks to get rid of it once the time has lapse. I just wanted to evaluate it while waiting for my real remote to come in but just too annoying. It’s nice to use the phone app but really doesn’t replace old reliable remote. This is good as a backup but not worth paying the fees.
