OK, so I connected my TV to the remote app and I updated my TV at the words it keep on telling me sorry I cannot connect to your TV try again later and it keeps on repeating so by this point even though I brought nothing but I did get the three day subscription. The three day subscription show me that I should not be paying for this remote. Becauseafter just that one session, I cannot connect to the TV no more and I am not paying $11 every month just to use the app on my phone to control my TV. I’d rather just go buy a remote for that much and have it forever… i wish i could rate this app a zero for the one time use bullsh.

wasn’t aware i had done a free 3 day trial before and when i lost my remote and got this app i saw a free trial it didn’t say anything about the “free trial has already been used” and instantly took money from my account very mad
Why you should not use this app!
You need to buy the subscription. Once you have bought it you can’t cancel and you will be charged reoccurring even if you ask for the subscription to be canceled.
Convenient
So convenient than ordering and waiting for a remote
Cost
Wow $780 AUD a year for a remote is very expensive. It’s a great product but not worth the $
