Glitchy, no WiFi message keeps popping up but there’s no issue with my WiFi connection. Canceling trial. 4 digit code appeared on tv but error message prevents me from entering it.

No sound control
This app remote doesn’t have sound control. When it turns on a show the sound is so loud, and the remote doesn’t offer a volume button. It’s misleading. The sleeve selection shows a volume y up and down, but once you choose your sleeve, the volume up and disappears. The tv I have is a Fire tv. It’s a pricey remote for not having volume control.

The app continues to advertise a 3-day free trial even after the user has already used the introductory trial and is no longer eligible. There is no warning that the user is actually going to be treated as a returning subscriber and charged/blocked by Apple’s billing system. The app should clearly state that the trial has already been used rather than continuing to display an offer the user cannot actually use. The developer does this to trick ppl into thinking they have a free trial so they can take your money, not to mention the app doesn't even work w/my tv, tricks on them tho bc I'm not paying them! Just made a new Apple ID and bypassed the bs!😂✅

Charged 10 dollars
This is a scam, download the app to try with 3 day free trial, after trying for 30 minutes didn’t work cancelled the trial and immediately I get charged $10 dollars don’t attempt to download. I really don’t know how apple is allowing this scam.
