No customer support and misleading tactics

They did a promotion when for 68 gems you would get 15 crates where the minimum prize was 666 diamonds (not sure why they want to use the devil’s number but ok) and i had proof that I got 400 diamonds in at least half the crates, their customer support took 5 days to answer and by then i had already requested a refund for all my purchases in the game since I thought it was a scam. They banned me immediately. So remember, if you try they good way to reach out to them, they will ignore you, if you get a refund from the app store they will call it malicious refund and ban you immediately. Good news is I got all my money back. Whatever you do, don't spend any money in the game, if you already did, try to get a refund asap.

Scam and no customer support

So the prizes they advertise are misleading, they have an event going for 68 gems where you get 15 crates of random items, the minimum prize should be 666 gems as stated in the picture, but 8-9 of the crates contained 400 gems, also the bio event where tou can get vegeta ssj4 is bugged and wont give you the fragments for it, afterwards they changed the prize. I tried getting in touch with customer service and no response at all. I will pursue a full refund of all my purchases since obviously they are in it to scam you. I dont care if they ban me.

Championship system

Fix the brackets please🤣 it really isn’t fair to people that get high bp and knocked out in the first round and there are people with over 400,000 bp less advancing on. The highest should face the lowest so on so forth.

Not getting items paid for

Extremely disappointed purchasing item packs and not receiving them no help from the service department they just don’t care about customers don’t recommend playing this game rip off!!!!!!

Good game, but

This is a good game, however i haven’t been able to log in and sadly i can’t uninstall it so i can’t try to fix it what so ever

Wow

So I played the game for 4 days. Purchased things. Today I got the battle pass but was charged double so I disputed the charge. I as of now do not know if my dispute was resolved but found out trying to login just now that I was banned. It tells me to contact customer service but my Home Screen is locked and won’t allow me to click anything. My bad for not letting you charge me double for 98 gems…

Universal clash

It’s still probably the early phase but some of the characters could be better examples are majin vegeta the uniform doesn’t look , gohan ssj2 looks like ssj1 and trunks rage form looks like ssj1 but in a different pose the rest look good so far.
Obviously it would be nice as f2p that we could get more ways to lvl up to be able to do better in the events
And also more ways to get materials for artifacts in the dojo

Love the game buuut…

I purchased a 128 diamond pack yesterday and didn’t receive what I bought.. I bought another directly after and received those items no problem.. I went to the in game support and messaged and nothing in over 24 hrs.. I either want my money back or my items.. u guys should really pay more attention to ur in game support that u guys offered I’m sure I’m not the only one that has been screwed

Leveling is a problem

I’m at a point where I have to wait for the idle rewards for xp, because it’s the only way to level up now. There needs to be a way to play continuously and level up at the same time even if it’s farming levels of the story to level up, and there shouldn’t be a cap on amounts of attacks per day, unless it’s for the events. I would play this game continuously if I could level up easier.

Level lock and pay to win

It’s frustrating that there is a forced level cap everyday. It’s unofficial but basically you can’t progress the story unless you’re a certain level, and not enough of the content you do keeps you leveled up to do the story so you’re always stuck waiting until the next day to progress the story.

This is particularly problematic because free to play players would probably enjoy binging the story mode because most of the extra events are straight up easier to clear (which gives more benefits)if you’ve spent real money to get better equipment. If you’re f2p you just get power gapped by these events, where as someone 15 levels lower than you will clear the events with ease.

There are more events that are pay $ to enjoy than there are free to play events.

The game has a goal of making sure people play “healthy” amounts but some people may just want to play a lot one day of the week. You can play a lot more of this game though if you spend money since you get to progress further on most events.

It feels like to naturally progress the story we need to receive either more idle experience or player experience in more abundance

Low signal users

If you have low signal or switch between apps, game timeout and you lose current battle.

The most pay to win game I've ever played ..and ridiculously expensive to get practically nothing not balanced at all

Like the game. All the characters are there. I’ve earned quite a few in just a few days. Still learning but lots to do in the game which keeps you engaged.

Honestly i love this game the only thing i have a problem with is the character selection like don't get me wrong theres a lot of characters but the one thing i wish they would add is Z Broly and add a few more gt characters and have some of the newer blue forms but other than that this game is a good game, also they should add more fusion forms

Addictive

I must say this is one of the best games I have played. The graphics are true to the DBZ, the gameplay is smooth and addictive. The game is free to play, but it also offers in-app purchases to help you level up. However, the game is very generous with giving out free gems, and you can also earn them by completing achievements, daily missions, or participating in events. If you are looking for a fun, immersive game to play I recommend Universe Clash: Ultimate Power.
