Enjoyed, but HELP service could improve

Marriott Napa Valley provides $15 per day promo code. Tried to use, but bike would not unlock. Time ticked by. I called HELP. Attendant ended the ride and refunded, but said to “try again.” I asked her to stay on the call and walk me through. “I don’t help with rentals; all I do is give refunds,” she said. I asked again. Same answer. Gave up. Returned days later all all worked perfectly. Enjoyed the Wine Trail from Napa to Yountville in 37 minutes up and 50 back. 20 mph tops. Finding where to add the Promo Code was not intuitive.

Return

The only thing that I found to be an issue with my rental bike. Was when I returned it, I plugged it in, and there was no real indicator that I needed to close it out in the app. So it still continues to run. I got a text message today that they were gonna charge me in two hours. For 22 hours when I returned the bike only two hours after I used it.

Couples Time

Wonderful ride in spa on the Vine Trail…. Bikes were easy to use and so was the app. Fun little added outing at our hotel.

Charged $300 for a $15 ride

So, before you get on one of these bikes here is the first thing you should know: you are going to get a $75 hold placed on your credit card. Understandable, but nowhere do they tell you this is going to happen.

What they don’t tell you is the app is absolute garbage on the payment side: they give you three options for payment: $75 for one day, $150 for two days and “custom”, which I chose and you are supposed to be able to choose your amount, I chose $10….i am only planning to be gone 30 minutes? It made sense!

I was gone 45 minutes: with my $10 top up and the $75 hold? I figure I’m getting charged an additional $5, maybe $7. THEY CHARGED ME $225 AS SOON AS I PLUG THE BIKE BACK IN AT MY HOTEL!!!

I now have a $225 balance I won’t use on an app I can’t delete until I get this resolved with my credit card company.

Rent a car, get an Uber, save yourself the hassle.

Convenient and beautiful pop up bike ride in Napa!

I was at a conference and it ended early and I saw these bikes from unlimited biking and decided to zip around Napa Valley a little bit. Was beautiful. Very convenient. The bike worked wonderfully and I was able to get back in time for dinner :-) great experience.

App is trash - doesn’t send the SMS to authenticate

Just don’t bother
