Mountaineer is free, I know, craaazy. When I’m ready to hit the slopes I just open up the app and a vans gonna be there within 15 minutes. The drivers are always super friendly and I have had some awesome conversations. Sometimes when traffic gets backed up it can be inconvenient, but it’s much better then driving yourself. On some days when too many people are using cellular, the app can get jammed up. Even with this being said it is still a really great service and I highly recommend it.

Terrible terrible, even dangerous system
We were stranded for 3 hours after an even at Palisades waiting for a shuttle. The worst part was that it said a 90 minute pick up and about every time it dropped to 30 or 20 minutes left…it would jump back to 90. The terrible communication made our situation so much worst because we didn’t truly know when the ride would come. 3 hours in the cold because all the bars and restaurants were full. Truly a terrible service

Unreliable times - inconsistent with printed materials
