Don’t believe all the good reviews
I’ve been using the app for years but recently when they started changing some features in the app I haven’t been able to get four+ months of the money I’ve earned. And it’s just sitting and I’ve been back and forth emailing after emails with them and they are still no help. They need a phone line or sum bc the customer service through email is ridicules when all their replies are no help. All I want is my money and they just seem to not wanna give it to me and if I rlly had a say I would sue the entire company!!

Do not get this app
If you want your money instantly. You won’t get it. If you want to talk to support, you can’t. They take DAYS to respond. I haven’t downloaded a worse app than this. I do NOTTT recommend this app.
Awful experience & bad, scammy vibes.
Please read till the end before using!
1. Takes way too long. It takes FOUR days to even receive the option to withdraw your money. When you finally can withdraw, the time it takes to actually get to your bank is a gamble. One transaction of mine took a whole 2 days & 7 hours to get to me even with it saying “1 day early”. The other one took just shy of FOUR DAYS while also somehow saying “1 day early”. THATS OVER A WEEK TO RECEIVE ONE PAYMENT!
2. Shady maintenance. Their last “status report” is from 2/17/2025 which is ridiculous. If you look at the rest of the status report history, it looks like there’s a consistent issue with withdrawing from wallet. 3. Support is just about non-existent. The support feature allows you to open a chat & I opened one on June 14th. I’ve sent multiple messages & to this day, I never got a response. I sent a complaint tweet out & they replied to it two days later. Once I answered their dm, I got nothing back from that either. It’s ridiculous.
4. They also take a chunk of what you sell, 10% of every sale to be exact. They do not deserve this for how awful the app & service is. Steer clear of this app for sure.

As I was setting up my account, I was sent a notification stating that my identity verification was declined. I wasn’t sure why, so I contacted support immediately but no one responded to me throughout the entire day. I’m not sure what’s going on..

First things first , I just got a notification saying I won’t received my money until 11/06/2026?!? I made entire to much money on this app for someone to just play with my money like that! I want my money , so I can quit using this app! I won’t use it anymore !! I’ve reached out multiple times, never received a response ! If we make our money within a certain amount of time we should received our money within that amount of time ! Yall are playing with peoples money. I will not recommend this app anymore.

I cannot withdraw money. I waited until the date it said it would be available. Then it said there was an issue transferring even tho the amount is over £20. get this App off the App Store.

I’m starting to believe that they pay for good reviews and are true scammers! I repeat this app is fake and these folks are scammers!!! If you are a black content creator this app definitely wants to make sure you don’t make a lot of money. I have subscribers that try to unlock my content but as soon as they get to the screen to receive a code to verify their account, they don’t send it. I think it’s purposeful. they don’t have any tech support to fix these issues either. You also can’t withdraw the money they owe you. I’m sure these folks are foreigners, read the reviews and not the good ones. They either pay for reviews or make fake accounts to review their fake app themselves . Don’t use this app. Use only fans so you don’t have any issues and can receive real help when you need it and they won’t take a big chunk of your money. I repeat, if you are a black content creator USE ONLY FANS. DO NOT USE THEM!

Customer support and payment withdraw
I’m a new user still learning the ins and outs of this app and what I’ve learned so far is that they have no customer support at all I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer support more then twice to see why it’s taking so long to withdraw my earnings into my bank and I have received no response at all!!! Is there anyway to get in contact with anyone at this point my friend referred me to use this app because she had nothing but a good experience but so far my experience is mid. It says my first withdraw should’ve came in yesterday but I still haven’t received it!!!!

the customer service is non-existent and the option to withdraw your balance is permanently unavailable. i’ve checked three times per day for the past two weeks to link my bank account but the option is consistently not there. wouldn’t recommend.
