Add a revisit date and time budget, then explore deliberately when you choose. COME BACK WITHOUT SHAME A short weekly reset helps you keep, resolve, wait, or drop stale loops. Returning after time away brings a useful next step, not punishment. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Captures are saved in a private database on your iPhone first. Online sync uses an anonymous account with no email or named profile required. Export and account deletion are available in Settings. A subscription is required after onboarding.
