About
A minute of talking becomes a season you can read back.
Unpack is a voice training journal for the part of training that numbers leave out: how a session felt, what was on your mind and what your body had to say.
After a run, a ride, a swim or a gym session, you can record a short voice note. Unpack turns your words into an organized journal entry, ready to revisit alongside the rest of your training.
YOUR WORDS BECOME A JOURNAL
Effort, feelings, niggles, sleep, gear and recurring themes find their place in your diary. You can check the entry and correct its fields whenever something needs changing.
THE WEEK, IN CONTEXT
Weekly and monthly reports bring your notes together. The heavy legs that came up again, a change in sleep, a session that felt different: your impressions become easier to revisit across the weeks.
NIGGLES AND GEAR, OVER TIME
Mentions of a calf niggle or a pair of shoes stay connected to the sessions around them. You can return to what you said and follow the history in your diary.
DATA BESIDE YOUR WORDS
With supported connections to Garmin, intervals.icu, TrainingPeaks and Wahoo, imported sessions can sit beside your notes. The data available depends on the platform, device and account. You can also use Unpack without connecting a device.
ROOM FOR YOUR SPORT
Running, cycling, swimming and triathlon, as well as strength training, yoga, tennis, padel, climbing and team sports. The diary starts with what you experienced, in your own words.
YOUR DIARY, AT YOUR PACE
Training days and rest days belong in the same story. Your journal gives you a place to revisit them on your own or during a conversation with your coach.
PRIVACY
Recordings are deleted as soon as processing is complete. If processing fails, audio is kept temporarily for a retry, as described in the privacy policy. Journal text is encrypted at rest on servers in Europe. You can request deletion of your account and its contents from the app.
Available in English, Italian, French, Spanish and German.

Unpack keeps improving through everyday use. We have made entries and gear easier to edit, niggle histories clearer, and messages more helpful when something goes wrong. We have also reviewed the wording in all five languages to make the journal feel more natural and consistent.
