Не работает
Response from developer
Avoid It
Response from developer
Hi, I'm really sorry the app didn't work for you. Reviews like this are tough to read, but I appreciate you taking the time to share, and I'd genuinely like the chance to make it right. If you're open to it, please email me at unpluggdapp@gmail.com with your iPhone and Apple Watch models plus your iOS and watchOS versions, and let me know whether you're on the latest version (3.7.4). As a solo developer, I only have one device to test on, and setups vary in ways I can't always predict. Your specific case would help me a lot. One thing worth trying if you're on the latest iOS: the new Adaptive Power mode seems to interfere with how often background updates can run, and disabling it has helped a number of users with similar reports. I'm also actively working on a major rework, shipping in version 3.7.5, where updates will be delivered via internet push instead of relying purely on Bluetooth. This should make this kind of issue far less common. If you'd want to try it early, just mention it in the email. Thanks for giving Unplugged a shot. The door's open if you'd like to try again. Inconsistent watch sync; Intrusive subscription page
Response from developer
Hi, I really appreciate the honest feedback, even though it's hard to read. Both of these are fair points. On the sync issue, you're right, and the "having to manually open the iPhone app" problem is exactly what I'm trying to eliminate. I'm shipping a major rework in version 3.7.5 that delivers updates via internet push instead of relying purely on Bluetooth, which should make this kind of failure far less common. On the subscription screen showing every launch, that's fair criticism. It wasn't meant to feel intrusive, but I hear how it lands, and I'm rethinking how and when it appears. Feedback like yours is exactly what pushes those changes up the priority list. If you'd ever be open to giving it another shot once 3.7.5 lands, I'd love that. And if you have a moment, an email to unpluggdapp@gmail.com with your setup (iPhone model, Apple Watch model, iOS and watchOS versions) would help me figure out exactly when sync was breaking for you.
