Not worth the trouble
Decent price, but what does that matter if it barely even works half the time. Way too many bugs and rough edges, and every time I’d try to buy more data it would bug and out deactivate my credit card. 100% not worth the trouble.
What a bargain
I’ve been using this app for the last 2 1/2 years, there were some glitches, sometimes it just didn’t work well, however with the latest update on the APN this app has worked flawlessly. I am currently using on iPad Pro, unreal mobile has been a pleasure. You cannot beat the price and coverage, it has a better coverage than some of the top name cellular brand. I live in Saint George area and going to Las Vegas this worked flawlessly.

1.8 Issue
I don’t get any notification when a call or text comes in. Calls go straight to voicemail. Texts are only noticed when I open the app to see if anyone texted me.
Super buggy
I have had this for six months and have not really enjoyed this! I hate having to use this app to text and call. It is. Only $10 a month but you get what you would expect out of a $10 phone service! 😂😂😂
NO TEXT NOTIFICATIONS
We like this so far but where are text notifications??? It would actually be a good service if you would simply set up banners like other similar carriers!
Changes needed ASAP
Ever since updating the app there is no way to access the text or call logs. I’m unable to text. Please fix this immediately as I and probably many other users are paying for services that we are not receiving.

Have had many problems and support is ineffective and near useless. Get another carrier snd save yourself the grief. This last update is the last straw. Buh bye.
Gross money grabbing thieves
To this date I wonder why I ever made the switch to Unreal. If you have a CDMA phone then you’re good, but if you have a GSM phone like I do you’re in for one hell of a nightmare.
They require an app to work, and this app would not receive or make calls unless you’re on wifi or data. It means you have to turn on data all the time when you’re not at home, and even then I would miss a lot of calls. It got so bad that some of my friends are not able to reach me because my phone would not ring. Every time you miss a call they would tell you you missed one, but actually being able to receive calls is a 50/50, since the majority of time the phone would stay silent.
If you’re here to save money like I once thought I would, stay away. The hassle is 100% not worth it.

I signed up for service over a week ago .They had no problem taking my money ! I can not log in . I have wasted many hours of my time . I have not received any email or sms message . Unreal is a good name for this unreal service.

Terrible app and service
Omg so many issues, such terrible service. The app is extremely slow and freezes and can hardly save a number. The signal is super weak and I’m in the center of NYC supposedly where they have exceptional coverage. I would not choose this service provider again. The messages sometimes don’t even come through, the images can’t be viewed before sending, it’s just terrible for any texting or calling needs (and yet it’s unlimited for both, it’s so terrible it’s laughable).

Calls hardly ever worked. Do not use this service if you need voice calls. I tested the service many times and most calls didn’t go through or hung up after being answered. It may be cheap but it’s super UNRELIABLE!

Yet, I made the mistake of attempting to port out number from former provider, thinking I was following Ting’s instructions correctly. However, in the process, I lost my number and had the consequent burden of notifying, notifying and notifying many contacts that number had changed. It took about a week for the SIM card to arrive. My judgment is that Ting’s instructions were inadequate, and the long delay incomprehensible.

Good phone
I use this phone service all the time and it’s pretty good except when you need to be connected to the internet to make a call.
Voicemail does not load
Voicemail notifications show i have voicemail, it wouldn’t load or play. Application is not well maintained. Very poor technical support, it takes days and days to fix the problem.

I’ve had this service for 6 months. I am proud of the value of that have received. This app works great for iPhones. The network can use a little work because of reception. But overall I love ❤️ it. I would not trade it.

Real easy to set up it’s the easiest prepaid company to have and use and the service signal is very good so I’ll stick with this company for awhile so keep up the good work!

The worst!
This is the worst cellular/VoIP, whatever kind of service it is called, that I’ve ever used. It’s staying true to it’s name — UNREAL. I purchased the quarterly plan during the winter season and activated the SIM this spring. I haven’t been able to place calls for days. I emailed iOS feedback, submitted a ticket through the website and I’m waiting patiently for service but nothing. I’m traveling the States, strapped for funds and needed something ASAP. This is my only line and has been a nightmare. I would NEVER recommend UNREAL Mobile to anyone.

Bargain!
I see nothing wrong with this service. Takes some getting used to it on the iPhone as you have to use the app to make calls & text as it does not use native dialer or iMessage. Also unable to send MMS with this service on I-phone. Phone calls also leave a lot to be desired. Quality is not good but for data this service is fine. Just don’t expect much from the phone or texting service.

Unreal is great for the money
First, they have good support personnel. Next, they currently offer unbeatable savings. Finally—the only thing I wish that I still had was swype texting—-the only way this differs from what I sought was that you apparently need a smartphone to set it up, and I would have preferred just installing the SIM into a basic cellular phone, like an old Nokia or basic flip /slide phone
