About
You know you should get up more often. Unslouch is the reminder that actually sticks, because it respects your day and it tells you what to do.
IT ONLY FIRES DURING YOUR HOURS
Pick an interval, a start time, an end time, and the days you work. Unslouch schedules every break inside that window and nothing outside it. No 2am buzz. No weekend nagging. Night shift? Set an end time earlier than your start time and the window runs overnight.
IT TELLS YOU WHAT TO DO
Every reminder is one specific 20 to 60 second break, not a vague nudge to move. There are 37 of them, across six kinds:
Stretch — neck, shoulders, chest, wrists, hips
Move — stand, walk, stairs, squats, calf raises
Eyes — 20-20-20, palming, deliberate blinking
Breathe — box breathing, long exhales
Posture — chin tucks, shoulder blades, screen height
Hydrate — refill it, drink it, walk to the tap
The order is reshuffled every day and nothing repeats within a day, so the reminder never fades into wallpaper. Turn off any category you do not care about.
ONE TAP TO LOG IT
Mark a break done, or snooze it ten minutes, straight from the notification. You never have to open the app to keep the habit going.
STREAKS THAT MAKE SENSE
One break is enough to keep a day alive. Days you never scheduled cannot break your streak, so a Monday-to-Friday habit survives the weekend intact.
ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND LOCK SCREEN
A widget with the countdown and today's progress, lock screen widgets, and a Live Activity that keeps the next break in the Dynamic Island.
DETAILS THAT MATTER
Time Sensitive notifications, so a Focus mode does not bury your break until the evening
Pause for today, for when you are in back-to-back meetings
A guided timer with step-by-step instructions for every break
Full VoiceOver and Dynamic Type support
