This app is always messed up slow hard to navigate, doesn’t have products that are sold on the website. Pants for example, no way to find them on the app.

Filters have not worked in this app since day 1 and it’s mind boggling to me that it’s never been addressed. Has no one else has this issue or am I the only one? I filter to size medium and are shown shirts that are almost explicitly not available in my size. VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
The Sort Functions Do Not Work
When you enter a size and a fit into the sort function, it gives you a lot of shirts in the size but lists many options which are not that fit and sold out options.

The filters don’t work as intended. I set my size/fit but was shown numerous items where my size/fit was out of stock. Kind of defeats the purpose…
Shopping Cart Sync and I’d.me discount Issue
Add the ability for your shopping cart on the website and the app to be synced when signed in since currently if items are in one the other does not update. Also please add the ability to use id.me discount through the app since the functionality appears to be broken currently.

My body type for a fitted shirt has always been a thorn in my style. Broad shoulders & thick chest with a 32” waistline. I put off shopping UNTUCKit but finally stopped into the store. When I tried on the shirts & pants, I wanted to purchase everything in the store! I ended up with 5 shirts / 2 pants / 3 socks / 1 pullover. 4 weeks later - 1 pant / 3 shirts. They are always running coupon codes so price is reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend UNTUCKit!
