The claim here is handcrafted clothes with a proper fit. I was sent clothes that were probably 6 times too larger and looked like they were sewn with someone’s buttocks while blindfolded. Absolutely abysmal, save your tome and money and NEVER give them a recording of you half-naked.
Easy process, truly free remakes if needed
The process to get “tailored” at home was a breeze and they did 2 remakes absolutely free for me even though the fit was just a tad off. No questions asked, and the remakes fit fantastically. I will recommend MTailor to anyone.
This app sucks
I tried 4 times to do the measurement and it kept giving me an error message. Don’t waste your time.

From the very first step the team at M Tailor made sure every detail was to my liking. They were willing to take the time to make sure my concerns were well handled and I was more than happy with my suit. I will be back soon for shirts and some fall blazers for sure. Great clothes poor support
The clothing takes a while but the fit is usually very good, however the support is terrible. Tracking information isn’t very accurate as it shows items have shipped when in fact they are in production. The app support says they’ll respond in 5 minutes, but it could be much longer….currently I have a request in for over 30 minutes with no responses. Email support is supposed to be within 24 hours and again it’s been a couple of days.
The clothes are worth the wait l, but if there is an issue be prepared for delays and frustration.
