Great for a Mindful Pause
This app brings a fresh approach to short, refreshing meditations during the day. The sound scapes it generates sound especially nice with noise cancelling headphones. I have used it for a calm pause after a busy day, during a flight, as well as when I've woke up in the middle of the night. Surprisingly refrshing!
