Reward+ menu is unusable

Pelayanan yang kurang maksimal

Kartu kredit belum diaktivasi sudah diblokir, ditanya kenapa terblokir via cs telepon tidak ada jawaban jelas. Proses buka blokir 12 hari kerja (lama banget padahal kartu mau dipakai) minta ganti terbitkan kartu baru tidak dikasih, minta percepatam pembukaan blokir masih harus menunggu. Apaan banget gak jelas

Almost useless App

Setiap kali login, selalu request kode OTP yg dikirim melalui SMS. Apabila sedang berada di luar Indonssia, ini sangat tidak menyusahkan karena international roaming harus aktif dan bisa sangat mahal. App tidak bisa digunakan untuk aktifasi kartu. UOB Indonesia sangat terbelakang dalam segi service, sangat jauh dengan UOB Singapore

Aplikasi sering error, chat live yang tujuannya membantu sangat membingungkan.

Tolong di perbaiki sistemnya, termasuk didalamnya service pada contact center.

Since update to ios 18.1 uob tmrw always ask for sms otp and email otp and new secure pin whenever i log in. Pls update the bug

Good features but unreliable

Signed up because my friend in SG raved about TMRW. Maybe its the Indo version- its so unreliable. Logging in often takes ages or doesn’t even go through at all. Onboarding was painful and neither branch nor call center rep could resolve it for me. The app itself is actually pretty good, I really like that the app prompts automatic screenshot and gallery save for receipts.

App tidak bisa login lewat ponsel, dan reset password tidak jalan

Ini App tdk berguna sekali, error terus..

Login lewat OTP setelah masukkan OTP dapet pesan “Error - the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the right format”.

Saya mau reset password, sudah di halaman terakhir pas untuk ganti password dan tombol “lanjut” kalau di pencet tidak terjadi apa2.

Developer kalian kalo kerja yang benar dong…

The worse banking system ever

Basically the app can only do very basic banking system could ever do, mostly you can only view your account not much in doing other transactions. This Bank are not very advanced in their banking technology.

Belum siap launching

Error yang sering terjadi adalah gagal login dengan notifikasi error. Menurut saya aplikasi UOB ini masih belum siap launching. Response time antar window antar module masih lama. Dan sering error yang membuat kita harus uninstall dulu baru install lagi sesuai tanggapan call center saat dihubungi kenapa aplikasi baru dipake sudah sering error.

App always error

The app is veru buggy, always get error when trying to log in without clear explanation why the error is happening. When trying to use forgot password also error. I have no way entering the app to pay for my credit card. No customer service chat function on the login page so no way to contact cs, need to login first before can contact cs. Sending error log has no effect at all.

Setelah update malah tdk bisa login. Sebelumnya selalu lancar, walaupun appnya saya pakai di luar Indonesia. Mohon diperbaiki. Terima kasih.

Buggy

App has been buggy since mid-October 2023, cannot transfer or use the app without error messages constantly popping up. Please fix it asap
