Bell button missing after software update
I am having difficulty to open new saving account through apps online as the bell button is missing after software update. I couldn’t find the notification button from the step by step instruction mentioned in the UOB official website to retrieve my new account number .
App Not easy to use

Make it more minimalist
So far, my experience with this app has been good. However, there are two areas that could be improved.
First, the app logo should be redesigned with more minimalist approach, perhaps using only the UOB logo with mini-MY below of it.
Second, the payment authentication especially FPX could be simplified. For example Public Bank makes payment authentication both secure and convenient by using only Face ID - PassKey instead of SMS OTP. UOB should follow the same standard in its online banking to make it very favourable to use.

User Friendly

Excellent Bank App
Very easy to use for my daily usage, to view all my transactions and also for payment, I can update my transactions limit there and reset my PIN number also and I think might also is the safest as the securities for the app is quite strong. For me, it’s easier app to use compared to other bank’s app.

Easy to use
Very easy to use , I like it.. I’ve been using the UOB mobile app regularly, and it has made my banking experience much more convenient. The app is user-friendly, transactions are fast, and I like the security features such as biometric login. I can easily transfer money, pay bills, and keep track of my finances on the go. Problem with the apps
Keep written network issues but other bank got no this issue
Updated twice in the last few days
I don’t know why keep making us update within 10 days again I have to call in Becuase it can’t work after the update and they keep passing the line around . And they keep verifying yr particulars which in the first place is not even my fault for not Able to access the app . Pls make our update easier for us

Love the bank but not the app. Super slow when logging in. Sometimes it will freeze and will need to kill the app and launch it again. Tried uninstalling and install again but same issues.
The QR only allows you to scan to make payment or receive funds and no function to show your QR for vendor to scan to make payments. Often need to transfer out money to other banking accounts for this and its annoying.

Late receiving for time pin
I'm really disappointed with the UOB TMRW Malaysia app. Every time I request a verification PIN via email, the email always arrives late—usually after the 59-second window has expired. That means the PIN is already invalid by the time I receive it, and I have to repeat the process again and again. It's extremely frustrating, especially when I'm just trying to perform basic tasks. Please fix the timing or allow more time for email-based PINs. It's making the app practically unusable for me.

Cannot update. The app hanged
I try to update the new application but it cannot download. Now I totally cannot access the app to do any transaction. I rather UOB does not do the upgrading. What should I do now
