Rubbish app and comms
The app hangs whenever you try booking a tennis court. To return to the main menu you have to restart your phone. There’s no contact phone number. They promise to answer emails within 5 (!) working days. The booking system for climbing only shows availability for the current week. Very frustrating.

Too many glitches on this app
It’s great when it works, but too often it sticks and won’t allow you to book or decides to not recognise you as a user . Get your app in order UoW it’s frustrating when it doesn’t work .
New app same as the old app doesn’t work
Constant pop ups advertising random products that are of no relevance, and the booking function errors out every time I try to use it to book climbing have to use the website instead which is also poor, do better Warwick
a terrible app
This app simply doesn’t work. it repeatedly asks me to log in on different pages, doesn’t recognise my log in on some of them, and you can’t see any of the classes unless you know what day they are on. often the names of classes are misspelled so even if you look them up they don’t show.
Needlessly hard to use
Requires username and password (8 characters, numbers, upper and lower case letters and special characters) to be typed in every time because it doesn’t integrate properly with keychain. Not even my banking app insists on this. Meanwhile, and not unusually, their website online booking login gives a 404 error. Not making it easy for customers.

Just what I needed!
This app is ideal for me as I attend some of the rock up and plays. It means I can book them quickly and get notified of my booking.
I can also add some of the classes to my favourites which makes booking even faster.
Looking forward to see what else this app has in store. So far I’m very happy and it has proven to be extremely helpful! 🙌🏼

Can’t book more that 7 days
The app I am sure will be good but at the moment with my membership I can book classes 10days in advance but the app does not provide this capability. Presumably the next release will. Thanks
