Bug
When you open app and set up new task and set yourself as the assignee, it loses the assignee. So the task then gets lost.
Have alerted Upbase about this multiple times as they just ghost me. Super rude.

Ok app, computer version is way better
Love Upbase on my laptop but don’t even use the mobile app because it’s not all that great. 3 stars just because the laptop version is awesome
User error or what?????
I have downloaded this app TWICE and it still won’t even load for me to actually use the app. I have tried with and without internet. Actually SUPER frustrating as I am receiving the emails about the app and could utilize it in several different ways, but can’t even open the app?!?!?!?!?!?

Been a long time user of Upbase, it’s had its growing pains; slowly but surely it’s becoming more and more usable.
Upbase team needs to onboard a small team of iOS/mobile app developers to help optimize and build this app to its full potential. At least to be on par with the Web App.
So much functionality still needed to be added to the iOS app that is only available on the Web app.

Beautiful + Functional ~ Keep Going
4.5 stars. I’ve searched everywhere for an app like this, that balances simplicity with function. Despite some snags, using this platform has been intuitive for my AD(H)D hyperfocus brain, made things manageable, easier. Tysm for this, and all the hard work as a small team. I see the concept, and it is beautiful. :) It can be buggy, not gonna lie. But that’s to be expected when using software at this stage of development. For me it’s been worth it. I hope you keep going and fully realize your vision. This app has already benefited my health and ability to function day to day, live my life.

Paid the premium upgrade but nothing has changed
Have been trying to contact support all week but no response at all via email, Facebook, their online chat - can’t get any help.
SCAMMERS, STAY CLEAR
they charged me twice for a subscription in one month and even though I’ve messaged them several times, I’ve gotten ZERO response or refund for stealing my money
Photos often fail to upload
The overall project is quite good, but there are many bugs. For example, if you select nine photos, you might only successfully upload five, and the system won’t tell you which photos failed to upload.
Can’t use the app
Every time I try to use the app it won’t load. I’ve never gotten past the login/signup page on any of my devices. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading, but nothing is working. I put my information in, and it’s sits on the loading screen, never moving forward.
Doesn’t work
App is broken - won’t even log in. Reinstalled several times. Given up

Very buggy
Very buggy, chat shows maybe half the messages I’ve received. I often have to go to the web on my desktop to see chat messages that don’t load in the app. I hope there’s some effort put into bug fixes to bring to par with the web
Getting better and loving Upbase!
I love Upbase and their consecutive updates are making the app and platform better and better. This is a personal and business content management system that I’m sure will be one of the big ones in the near future. Upbase’s simple but powerful interface is so much better than Asana and Trello and the developers listen to their customers while actively implementing our wish lists. 10 stars! ⭐️ Love it!

Can’t even sign up
I found this app from the website, but it won’t even let me create an account.
Basically no customer support
While I like the clean interface, I’ve had massive issues syncing across my Apple devices. It’s happened so much that it basically makes the app unusable (after I spent a lot of time setting it up).
I reached out to customer support and got an initial reply asking for more info but that was close to three weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything back. I’ve found no online support to figure this out on my own. For the price, they should provide support.

App is useful now!
After a long time lagging, the app now has important features like kanban view and adding a time to tasks. Unsure if it uses push notifications when a task is due though.

I have tried so many task management tools and this one easily is the most simple and effective one. So easy!
