About

Most habit trackers ask one question: did you do it, or did you break the chain? Upcurve asks a better one — how much did you do, and is it growing? Upcurve applies progressive overload — the principle behind strength training — to everyday habits. Start at 2 L of water, 20 minutes of reading, or 3×30s dead hangs. When that gets easy, raise the goal. Your chart draws a stepped goal line that climbs with you, and your daily bars tell the honest story of how you rose to meet it. NO STREAKS, BY DESIGN A single missed day shouldn't erase months of work. Instead of a streak, Upcurve shows consistency — the percentage of days you met your goal. Miss a day and the number dips slightly; it never resets to zero. TRACK ANYTHING, HONESTLY • Quantity habits with real units: liters, milliliters, minutes, pages, or your own. • Sets × duration habits for training: 3×45s dead hangs, planks, stretches. • Log any amount — above or below goal — and correct any past day. Honest data beats a tidy but false record. • A built-in timer with a Live Activity in the Dynamic Island, which logs the time you actually did. APPLE HEALTH, DONE RIGHT • Steps flow in automatically as a free habit. • Water syncs both ways — log in Upcurve, see it in Health; log in another app, see it in Upcurve. Duplicates are filtered out. • Workout minutes by activity type — strength, running, yoga, and more — with trends, not just today's numbers. QUICK TO LOG, EVERYWHERE • One-tap quick add, remembered custom amounts, and a complete-goal button. • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. • Siri and Shortcuts: "Log water in Upcurve." • Reminders with quick-log buttons that work from your wrist. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account. No servers. No tracking. Everything lives on your device, and you can export it as JSON anytime. Health data never leaves your iPhone. FREE AND PRO Free: 4 habits (plus a free steps habit), full logging, 30 days of charts. Upcurve Pro adds unlimited habits, full chart history, year cards, workout insights, and the interactive quick-add widget. Subscribe monthly or yearly, or buy the lifetime unlock once and never pay again. Most apps hide the lifetime option. We lead with it. Develop, don't just maintain. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TERMS Upcurve Pro monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. The lifetime unlock is a single purchase and never renews. What's New in Upcurve

1.1.2

September 15, 2026

Upcurve Pro now has its own screen: tap any locked feature to see what Pro adds and unlock it right there, instead of hunting for it in Settings. After you've met a goal on three different days, Upcurve may ask what you think with Apple's standard rating prompt — at most once per version.
