My GP is currently away and the practice have no available appointments. So i tried Updoc. I spoke to 3 different dr, each giving me a different diagnosis! I provided my normal meds which i needed scripts for and they could check on my health record, but still would not give. Very unprofessional. I took out a subscription and tried to cancel but it just says cant cancel at the moment. And they will not refund! Do not get this app!!!!

Tried to book a certificate call, 7:15! Still no call at 8am! Been waiting since 7:15 for the call and they ask for more details about my sickness at 7:10! Needs better time management.Couldn’t cancel after the time even though I hadn’t been seen for 45 minutes after and was $60! Few minutes later it was $40. Feels scammy to me.

Unable to cancel subscription
entered the app to get a single certificate, with call back, no call made and just certificate sent. Was charged a subscription free without authorisation and when trying to cancel i wasn't able to and they said to come back another time.. this went on for 2 days.. i emailed and was sent a generic email back.. AVOID this app.. it's extremely frustrating. I'm still waiting on a reply and assistance to cancel.. i'm extremely unhappy.

Absolutely 0 help after paying for the subscription service to get a medical certificate. Immediately logged out and cannot log back in. After contacting I’ve gotten 0 help on cancelling. Or refunding my payment. Do not use this app.
