Duplicate Charges and Irrelevant Support Responses
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I was charged twice for the same issue due to a flawed system design.
There are no safeguards to prevent duplicate requests within a short time, and the payment flow is poorly designed — it charges immediately without confirmation, without allowing users to apply discount codes, and without any option to cancel.
On top of that, the issued medical certificates did not match the requested dates, and there was no warning or confirmation before these changes were made.
What made it worse was the support response, which felt entirely automated or AI-generated. The replies were irrelevant (mentioning subscriptions and pending payments that did not apply to my case at all), suggesting that no one actually reviewed my situation.
This experience shows a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and proper customer support. I would not recommend this service.

No repeats
I used Updoc on my father’s recommendation and requested the maximum number of repeats from Dr Nicholas Cocco. After paying for the consultation, I was advised before the phone call that no repeats would be provided. This was extremely frustrating and feels completely misleading, especially considering I had already paid. It has been a total waste of my time and money.
Additionally, I experienced a 404 error when attempting to respond to the doctor prior to proceeding with the teleconsultation, which made the process even more difficult.

The dispensing pharmacist pointed out a clear discrepancy compared to the scripts provided to my father, suggesting a far more restrictive approach in my case. Consequently, I am required to attend a walk-in clinic in two months to obtain more scripts, which is completely inconvenient and could have been avoided. Great service when you work long hours and hard to get medical attention while ill.
App problems
The app is useless , I try and sign in just to be redirected to my email which opens the website in browser it will never open back in the app no matter what I do , it’s ridiculous. the website itself is great but there’s no use downloading the app when u can’t use it in the first place
why this app keep charge me with subcription fee

Love updoc, app not great though
Updoc has made life so easy. You can get prescriptions of medicines and refills easily now instead of booking appointments and going to a doctor. Love it. App is not great though. Lots of scope for improvement.

Login issues
I have had trouble logging in and have asked for assistance. Apart from some generic email responses advising how to fix the issue I have had no success. I have repeated the process using a different email address and I have now paid twice. I hope they can offer me a refund for the first failed attempt. I am very disappointed with this service so far.

Useless
Cannot verify Medicare despite inputting correct details. Email support and they have given no assistance and now aren’t replying. Login issues as well on the app.
Login doesn’t work
Anytime I request a login link it sends me back to a login page. I can’t check progress, I can’t see if doctors have added commentary whether it’s the app or online login

Incredibly difficult to log in to cancel subscription
I used the service once and appear to have subscribed unwittingly and have incurred multiple charges. Cancelling the subscription is beyond difficult it seems. Do not recommend.

The app is build like a scam. You need to pay full price for a referral (because the app won’t let you do it otherwise, you need a consult) and much more to be able to get the result (which require an other consult)

Medical cert required
I found the app easy to follow considering my IT skills. Abit of information required and hoping it IS SECURE online.
The down side was I had to repeat the form due to checking information again and it flicked me back to the start.
I was abit shocked of the price in order to possibly need another certificate in the future. Otherwise good outcome if the process is replied to in a sufficient timeframe.
