For someone who regularly gets prescriptions and blood tests, there is literally no better deal than an updoc subscription. I recommend it to all my friends.

Would not recommend. You enter a subscription by joining and they’ll charge you even if you haven’t used the service and will say you’re not eligible for a refund. Very sneaky

I needed a doc certificate for being unwell and off work. I paid the large fee to get this online. When ai set up my account the app automatically booked me in for three script renewal consultations that I didn’t need and certainly didn’t ask for. To cancel them- each cancellation cost me $20. That is utterly disgusting. Why was I charged for cancelling something so never booked, needed or asked for. I will be reporting this app. Very disappointed.

Service about profit not care
You have advised me that my results are now available. Normally, test results are simply sent directly to me, so I’m disappointed to find that I’m now being asked to have an appointment with a doctor in order to access them.
The initial consultation I had to arrange the testing only took a few minutes, and I don’t believe I should have to pay for another consultation simply to receive and read my results. I’m concerned that this approach places unnecessary costs on people who may already be in vulnerable situations.
I also noticed that the service appears to be encouraging ongoing or monthly appointments. I initially clicked through this thinking it was part of the existing service and was free, only to discover that I had signed up for a subscription to see a doctor. I only need to speak with a doctor once or twice a year, so a monthly subscription is completely unnecessary for me.
Unfortunately, this has left me feeling that the service is more focused on generating additional appointments and revenue than on providing a straightforward service to clients. As a result, this will be my last appointment with you.
Once all of my results are available, I expect to be able to receive them without having to pay for another appointment. If that is not possible, I will not be using your service again.

No real help for illness or injury
All Updoc is good for is doctors certs, if you need real help you'll need to go to an actual doctors practice or a hospital. I requested an xray for a suspected broken toe. They refuses to give me one.
I went to my local doctor the next day, got an xray... boom.. broken.

They Keep Charging
I cancelled well before the next payment date and received cancellation confirmation. Despite this they charged me again and the app is still ‘loading’ my dispute 3 hours in. Honestly, try a different app.
Scammers
Tried to cancel my subscription multiple times but was always given an error code. They make it so hard for you to find the cancel subscription page as it is behind so many things. When I tried to contact support I was also given an error code many times. They still took money out of my account regardless even after the many times I tried to cancel.

They told me estimated wait time was 1 hr and i could “prioritise” by spending $10, wait time exceeded 1 hour and kept going til i spent the extra $10

I paid $59.99 for a single consult as 2 weeks post surgery. Zero communication for consult or feedback for other support. Then upgraded and same thing. I would give zero stars if able

Doc was fine but the process of getting a script was not. You must explain to patients better because questions didn't load and I emded up paying more to prioritise cos I just couldn't wait
