Almost Worthless App
This app on a good day may save you a minute or so getting through the gate. But when they constantly assign parking spots that are taken, you might as well type your info at the gate and take tire first spot you see. What’s the point?

This app is good but for some reason when I do live pickup in up4 ones I scan spot code won’t let me cancel it or remove it from my app will stay there for ever even if someone else do that load can you update that allow us cancel live pickup ?

CAN YOU TURN OFF THE AUTOMATIC SCREEN BRIGHTNESS, I can do that myself
Updating SCAC codes
Several of my drivers have 2 or more Scac codes and there is no way to delete the old ones
Garbage!
Your app is pure water trash! Dear developers go download BNSF railpass. Go ahead and take a look on how user friendly and easy it is to use that app. Now go duplicate it and delete this garbage. I’m not sure what’s worse your garbage app or your garbage rail yards.

Is the app required to ingate containers at the Los Angeles ramps?
App Worked Before, Now Got worse
Updated to the newest version. This latest version doesn’t allow you to input which truck you’re using. Then when all other fields are completed and I hit submit, it comes back with an error stating I need to input the tractor license! Hey guys, you gotta do better than this. It’s freakin 2021, how hard is it to test the app before releasing it. The app worked fine before this update, and now you made it worse.

Checking UP
This app is worthless if you want to check location or find out if it was grounded. It ask all the information you can get when you are in there. Without chassis number or seal number it will not accept your input. So I don’t know if it’s still on the train. It is only good if box is mounted on chassis and parked, otherwise it is worthless. I got better info when I call. Why you don’t see how competitors do it. Check BNSF, NS.

Good idea just needs to be refined
So I’m always dropping and picking up loads from the Portland Brooklyn yard. I was hoping that maybe you could make some changes.
-when I close the app to check my email the app always goes back to the completed missions page. This makes it super hard to enter info.
- finding an empty is currently not that helpful because half of the empties that are in the yard don’t appear on the app. Not sure why it’s like this. It showed a container in one spot for a couple weeks and it’s not actually there.
- the previous issue could be resolved by a error button of some sort.
-never lets me check the buck slip from the completed missions section.
-also another thing I would change is the ability to report if the twist locks on the chassis don’t want to open. Besides the chassis defect option because it’s not defective just the container isn’t compatible with those twist locks.

App doesn’t work !! Worked the first few days after I downloaded the app and then it stopped working ... I’ve tried using it and it won’t let me check in an empty box even when the box has been billed. I deleted and downloaded the app 2 times to see if it would work...but still not working, app is useless.

App not working
For the past few weeks app has not been working properly ie not letting me ingate trailers and there’s no update available either...
UP Mesquite not found
It’s unfortunate I couldn’t find up mesquite in the app. 1 star would have been ok.
No midwest locations
Why are there no midwest locations? We have global 1,2,3,and 4 and we cannot use this app which seems pretty great

I checked out the app a while ago and not a lot of locations but more have been added. Love the parking update feature and not complicated. Excited to see what enhancements will be made.

Waiting for app to update new locations in Los Angeles. I’ve read s couple of reviews and I really hope the developers can add estimated time of grounding, location of container and the ability to change location for where I dropped container. Please we need these options on this app.
