Essential app for my work

As a practicing mental health therapist, there are few things that have actually helped me help my clients. This is the biggest one. The interface, integration, and time that it will make you save is beyond comprehension. I have been able to sit and be present with my clientele far more than I ever have before professionally. Yes, we make our clientele sign a consent form for this before therapy begins though I absolutely could not do my job now without this tool. Thank you all so much for helping me serve my community in a bigger capacity than I typically would.

None of my client names are showing up

Where are my clients names in order to choose from??? Everything is being logged as anonymous.

What every therapist needs

The app is intuitive, fits easily into my workflow, and allows me the flexibility to meet in person but still have my notes done using AI. It’s so simple and quick.

3 months, daily use, no issues.

I’ve had absolutely no issues in recording from mid December 2024 to mid March 2025. The only suggestion I have at this point is to allow multiple notes to be automatically created, not just one. The reason for this is my workflow takes significantly longer than it could if I was able to produce my note for documentation as well as the client summary automatically. For every patient I have to go in and manually create a client summary in addition to my clinical note. That would be my only suggestion moving forward. Again, this app is effortless!

Hi There, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of you not being able to log into the iOS app. At the time, we added some extra encryption to make the app even more secure and for a small number of customers who didn't have Face or Touch ID set up this unfortunately caused some problems with the log in. Great app, simple and intuitive

I have never had a lost session with this app. It uploads shamelessly and processes in the background. It’s very easy to jump quickly from client to client if I’m running late as uploads take about 10 seconds. My experience with this app and ease of use recording in session was the main reason why I went with the Upheal service over others.

Doesn’t work - can’t sign in

The app worked great for a while but now it just comes up with an error message when you try to sign in despite being able to sign in online on a laptop.
