I’ve been using this app for the past three or four years and I love it. It always keeps me on track and I don’t have to guess if I did a project or not. Thank you.
Issue signing in
I have used this app every day for many years and suddenly can’t sign in. Hoping it gets fixed soon… I miss it
Don’t re invent the wheel
This app has gone downhill since the “upgrade” a year or 2 back , I constantly get kicked out now, have had to change my password multiple times because it wouldn’t recognize my account, I shouldn’t even need to have a signed in account for a MAINTENANCE APP but now I’ve invested enough time that it’s going to be a hassle switching to something else

Used for years but still missing one feature
UPDATE: This app is STILL the only one I’ve found that allows you to kick tasks put by completion date. PLEASE make it shareable with others!
I finally broke down and paid for a task app because this is the only one offers rolling updates. For example, if a weekly task is due 2/1 and I don’t complete it until 2/4, I can have the new due date be 2/8 OR the updated due date or 2/11. I have used this app for many years now and the only thing still missing is the ability to share with a partner.

Beware!!!
Have been using this ap for quite some time. However, it was just updated and I cannot access it with all my valuable data on it. I’ve emailed support but the email address bounces back. Help!!!

I love this app!
I love this app! It’s simple, easy to use. Can’t remember if I had to pay for it I’ve had it so long, but I definitely would. The only thing I wish they would implement is the ability to add pictures to a task. I would love to add a pic of my yard fertilizer on a task (just one example).
Awesome app for tracking filters
Use it for tracking house, pool and hot tub filters and chemicals. Totally fit for purpose. Great little app!

Did not love the forced account with a recent update, but as long as it could sign in anonymously and still use the app I could live with it. Today it stopped working entirely. I can’t sign in, can’t create an account, no way to contact customer support as the developed website doesn’t exist. Really frustrated. If the developer sees this, please reach out. I’d like to get in to my app.

Hate the new update
Let me stay by saying I’ve been a user of this app for at least 5 years, if not more. It has been tremendously helpful to me to keep track of when household tasks have been done. I am excited they *finally* made it accessible across multiple devices. With that being said, this new update took a total nosedive. It takes me at least twice (if not more) as long to update/reschedule tasks. Only like 4 tasks are visible at on time when looking at your to do list. I miss when you tapped on a task 4 options came up, now you have to go through several options for each individual task. I really hope the team will listen to everyone’s complaints otherwise I may look elsewhere for a better replacement.
Update: today I realized the app has the option to “delete” categories… but it doesn’t actually delete them. It just spins forever. I’m so close to finding another app and trashing this one!!

Love the app, but reports would make it even better.
Great app for keeping track of household tasks. Would be even better if you could run/print a report of your task completion history. Hopefully that is a feature that is added in the future.
New update is buggy
One of the best task management systems out there but the new update is rough. Login won’t stay logged in.
Version 1 had a better interface/graphics
Task list doesn’t seem organized. Need to be better color codes or better visual experience
The update has broken and lost years of task history
I’ve been using Upkeep for years because it’s the only app I’ve found that is well designed for long-term tasks, like things that only need to be done every few months or once a year, for example. The migration to the new update worked fine, and I created an account to make sure everything backed up, but now the app has signed me out, and I can’t log back in. If I try “Sign Up”, it tells me the user/email already exists, and then when I try to log in, it tells me my email isn’t found. If I try to click “Reset password”, it never asks for an email and just asks for a code that never shows up anywhere. So essentially, I have about 30 tasks with several years of history that are gone if I can’t get logged back in. I appreciate the addition of backing up and syncing, but if it’s going to be this unstable, I’d have been better off just keeping it all backed up manually without any kind of log in.

new update is awful!
I have loved and used Upkeep for years and now I’m contemplating deleting it. With the new update, It is not user-friendly at all. very disappointed.
New UI is much worse
App was recently updated. The new UI is so full of white space that only 4 items are visible at once. This means you constantly have to scroll through even a tiny list. You used to see 8-10 items on screen, which was much better.
