Help release my trapped emotions
I’ve been using UpNow everyday and find it very helpful in releasing my trapped emotions causing chronic pain on my neck and shoulders. There are many topics to choose from in UpNow, so I can pick one that suits me depending on the particular day. I feel relaxed and I believe the accumulated experiences are reprograming my subconscious mind.

Horrible sounds like a robot
The worst meditation, sleep, hypnotherapy, relaxation App I’ve ever heard. EVER. Listen to Breathe and you’ll understand what I mean.

I am SO happy I found this app. I had no idea how effective this could really be. I swear by this app, especially when I’m needing to unwind. So much can be accomplished during the short twenty minutes you spend listing to the audio. I always end up feeling relaxed, but still have energy to continue my day in an overall better mentality.

This app has been a life changer for me. I was looking for a resource to help me through the challenges the pandemic has brought me, and this has been exactly what I needed. My Go-To Self-Help Resource
I love this App and use it religiously. I’ve tried a lot of the meditation/self-help apps, but I hadn’t found one that really gave me what I was looking for. I was lead to this one from an article, and I’m so happy I gave it a shot. The audios have a really nice relaxing pace and make it easy to focus on what’s being said. I find myself able to act on the changes I’ve been wanting to make in my life and I’ve noticed a big change in my energy and daily mindset. It’s been such a great tool and I would HIGHLY recommend it.

I have tried many apps and this one checked all the boxes. It is functional, looks nice, you can listen to some audios offline and the audios are very effective. The voice is so soothing. It helps me unwind much faster.
Super Effective hypnotherapy
I LOVE it! And addicted, listening 1-2x a day. I am so grateful for this powerful yet gentle hypnotherapy app. They’ve got about 50 therapies - I don’t need all but appreciate the many options and variety. I’ve used the sleep and anxiety related sessions so far. Oh boy in these times of stress I am so grateful for the relief. Plus this is my only effective insomnia cure, even better than meds which leave me feeling ill the next day. I’m a long term insomnia sufferer so I’ve tried everything. Wow- Both of Upworks’ sleep therapies put me to sleep (I’ve even drooled in my pillow for the first time!) plus I wake up refreshed and mellow. I’m definitely trying out the other therapies available as soon as I can. And getting my adult children to buy and try them out too so they’re less stressed from all the bad news out there. Plus I really like the mellow soothing voice of the therapist.
