Can’t log in from mobile
Not working on iPhone
I keep trying to login on the app and it’s not allowing me too, keep saying login failed try again.. so I deleted the app and re downloaded it and it still doesn’t work🙄😒

Poor service
When there are outages, you could be out for days or a week. The staff told me that’s what I get for living in the country.

Doesn’t work on iPhone
I can login on the website but not on the app. The app says “Sign In Failed. There was an error communicating with the server. Please try again later.” I get this message every time I try to login.

Hasn’t worked since the update (bug fix). For as much as we pay for electricity, the customers deserve a working app. Worst electric company too. Coop needs to be done away with.

I haven’t been able to use this app IN A WHILE!! First I thought it was my password so I tried to reset it. It takes me to put in my new password but then it crashes! Ugh!
Useless
Haven’t been able to use this app for the last few months. I used it many times in the month to pay my bill, it was very useful. Now, I log into the app, it loads my info and then crashes...every single time.
Password Problems
Every month I have to reset my password because I can't remember it. It requires some ungodly combination that can't be remembered. They must not want someone to hack into our accounts to discover how we are over charged for electricity.
