App is down too often
New update
Please bring back seeing all the monitors to the front of the app. I now have to go to monitors that only shows some and click on all monitors to see the full list. There is also no way to delete a monitor in the app.

There is nothing you can do in latest update.
Alerts no longer work
It used to be a good app. But now it doesn't work anymore. I got a new phone and it isn't recognized as a phone I can push notifications to. It still has my old phone for push notification. Which does nothing for me. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and no matter what I can't get the iPhone to show up for push notifications.

Can’t add url
Not sure what’s happened but can’t find anywhere to add a new url to the 2 being monitored.
Waste of an afternoon
Most services behind paywall. Constant errors messages blocking payment to upgrade. Poor, verging on ignorant or arrogant (hard to tell which) chat support. Almost useless AI chat support. Easiest app to delete.
It only shows 4 monitors
I have 37 services being monitored. However the app will only show four. Why even have an app when only shows four random services? I end up having to log into a computer to view my services anyway. Time to find a real monitoring service.
Broken app. Poor service
iOS app is broken and won’t show more than four of your monitors. Repeated complaints go ignored. They seem to have failed due to too much success. Pick another provider.
The latest update made app unusable, can’t see monitors
Not working..
App is practically unusable after latest update
None of the individual monitors are visible except for 4. I’ve got dozens on the actual website. Can’t use but a tiny fraction of the features found on the website. Needs a lot of help.
Still broken..
Even after a few updates only 4 monitors are visible out of my many others. When are you going to get this app back to feature parity with the old app?
Recent update is disaster
The most recent update seems to have eliminated a significant amount of features. My list of monitors is incomplete. I cannot drill down into any alerts. I’m not sure I can trust the alerting if the basic monitoring and features seems about 10% of what it was.
Can’t see services that are down
So confused what happened. App no longer shows which services are down. I’m sure it used to. Avoid this version. I’ll revise if this gets fixed.
Lates App is missing the ability to see down monitors at a glance
I use this app all the time, we have about 90 monitors setup for a range of different services.
The only issue with the current version is we can’t see at a flance which actual monitor is down, the monitors are not ordered by down first meaning you have to scroll through the full list and sometimes the list doesn’t load.

Who sabotaged this
Has to be corporate espionage. Only thing I can imagine that happened since there is no practical way in any world that anyone in their right mind would release an update for a monitoring service and you can’t even click to see what monitored devices are down???? Who cares about recent alerts. I want to see what services and clients are down. Then it constantly redirects you to a website where you have to multi factor authenticate. Just completely sabotaged and gutted. Someone should be fired

In the meantime, we’ve already delivered improvements such as incident details and brought back monitors and monitor details in the app, and more fixes are on the way soon. Please update to 6.2 version. The sorting by default to down first will be introduced shortly. Thank you for your patience.
