Kurumsallıktan çok uzak merdiven altı ön ödemeli kart hizmeti sağlamaya çalışan şirket. HARCAMA YAPMADAN İKİ DEFA DÜŞÜNÜN!!!
They notify about a campaign under the name of “Special Campaign for You”. They do not upload the reward on the specified date after spending. I sent an e-mail, they did not even bother to get back to me. A company that is far from being corporate and tries to provide an prepaid debit card service. THINK TWICE BEFORE USE!!!

Customer service is clueless / app is convoluted
While they were quick to respond they didn’t seem to understand their own app. We needed to send money from the U.S. to Turkey for a contractor we had hired, but was unable to do so. Reached out to customer service for help. They kept asking for information that wasn’t in or part of the app. They weren’t able to provide any support in regards to the transfer and recommended I used RIA institution before trying to resolve the issue. Which isn’t part of the app nor could they explain what that was either. They also claimed that I didn’t need to make an account to send money….but I saw no other way around it. Why they would even suggest that was behind me since it didn’t resolve the issue. I wouldn’t trust this company to handle money. The whole situation seemed odd. We were just trying to do a simple transaction. They closed the ticket randomly. So the issue was never resolved. Can not recommend.

It’s a scam!
As Wise is closing their money international money transfer from the UK to Turkey, I was looking for another solution. My brother suggested me this company but they took all my personal data such as photo if front of my ID, photo of back of my ID and scan to my ID’s chip. I wasn’t able to complete creating an account because I was required to accept sharing my ID details with a third party company which wasn't stated in privacy policy. They don’t give any trust so I regret sharing my personal data!

Hello, all membership of UPTION is carried out in accordance with the regulations of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. In addition, our company is regularly audited by the Central Bank and the BRSA. Your personal information is entirely safe.
Country’s error
Hi I am from Iran and live in turkey. When I want to verify and activate my account the application ask me a where are you from and there is no Iran to choose. Please add Iran to your app .
