Poor user experience
This app is in DESPERATE need of an overhaul. It feels like all I did was download a link to a crappy website. It feels slow, it feels like the designers didn’t even consider how this would appear on a phone, and it feels so unintuitive that it just turns me off of using the app altogether.
Ugly
Barely useable and like most things at UR student service completely devoid of aesthetics, usability, and a good user interface.
Solid
Its convenient, especially for an incoming student!
Multiple fatal flaws
Maps do not load, ever. Faculty does not return info for faculty that are, indeed faculty, instead: none found. Student search does not load, even after minutes of waiting.
New update ruined it!
Where did the blackboard icon go. That was the only part of this app I used!

Useless !! Don't bother, wasting of time and memory
Helpful, nice idea.
Would be nice to see an iPad version, also a link to HRMS would be greatly appreciated. But still very nice to ave this.
Other Schools
Would be helpful if there were links for other schools, such as Simon, Warner, URMC, Eastman, etc.
Needs improvement
This app is useful, but the maps are several years out of date!
Just a few more things...
Very useful. I'm sure those who are brand new to the university and area find it really helpful. If it had a bus schedule that would make this five stars! Also times of facilities and dining hours wouldn't hurt either

Cool concept but needs improvements
I think the app would be perfect with a few more features, the most important being the possibility to check shuttle bus timetable,perhaps even when it's the next bus coming in real time based on location.
A great free app for students
I was very excited to find out about this app, it has some great features an I plan on using it quite a bit over the next four years!
UR App
Cool application. A little slow but it coulb be due to summer hours.
Still needs improvement.
The app layout and idea is really good but the features need to be approved also maybe add an email section. How can we submit ideas for improvement?

Some parts are still in development, but a handy way to find good info on UR. Library chat works great!
