The company is taking away payment integration already established (square & stripe) and forcing small businesses to use their brand new payment processing called UrPay.

Yes, your statement is correct. You did finally cave in after so much pushback from your community. Once again, I do not understand why you would try and force your user base to switch over to an untested payment processing system in the first place. Oh wait I figured it out, the money.

Remarkable
I love Urable! I have the Enterprise plan and have been using it in my business for the last 2 1/2 years. They keep updating and getting better offering additional services. I need to use more of the features to get the full benefit of the software.

Localhost notification
Upon clocking out—after a 3 1/2 hour shift—I get a notification regarding *something*, didn’t know exactly what it said, but it said localhost *something*. Just wanted to let you know, if that’s a little thing you forgot to fix.
Worth it weight in gold
Having been in business almost 20 yrs, using software for the last 12-13yrs I have been thoroughly impressed with my experience.
The human touch is my favorite part… the bigger you get it seems like the software companies push you more and more towards emails and website forms to get your problems or questions answered… not with URable …! It truly innovates on lots of things but it’s not just about the product features when your growing, it has to meet the budget, the value has to connect and it needs to offer you growth and education that’s actually helpful… URable hits all these boxes… from the beginning to 6months in I am in this to win this… they would really have to mess up big time to get me to jump ship… if your considering a software change, weather it’s from a big company like square or jobber or your just dipping your toes in it for the first time URable is a fantastic option …!

Amazing Customer Service + APP
I run a mobile car detailing business and this app has been crucial to scheduling customers, keeping track of how much money I made that month and also their virtual shop is the best online booking format out there, and so easy to setup they even offer 1:1 calls to go over the app and how you can set it up.
I talked to Ryan on a 1:1 call and he explained the setup process in a very simple way that made it easy for me. Ryan also has followed up since to make sure everything has been working great. Thanks URABLE!

Doesn’t get any better than this program. State of the art and the customer service is top notch!
Amazing App, Great Support
Seriously the best CRM for detailing industry shops. It has an insane amount of features and they are constantly listening to the community and adding more. It’s a great blend of easy to use and lots of possibilities. As for support, it is incredibly fast and helpful and they always answer your questions. The video tutorials answer a lot of the common questions and are easy to reference when needed.

I’ve been with Urable since their beginning. The app updates often and Everytime for the better. I have relieved so much stress utilizing workflows. It’s made tracking employee time and gross incomes so much easier. Potential
This app has potential but seems to lean towards only updating the app in ways to charge you more. Never making significant changes that all its users can enjoy. Very sad as it has a lot of potential otherwise
Worth checking out
Whether you are a single detailing operator or a large business with multiple employees urable works for both and has so much customization to fit your business. I tried out five other detail related apps. None of them had the features that urable has or the ease of use. If you are hesitant they offer a free trial but once you use it you won’t want to try others.

Urable has been one of the best decisions I made early on in my detailing business. It was already an amazing management software from the beginning (5 years ago), but to watch how it has evolved has been unreal. Detailers Heaven
Unfortunately I need to take a break from my business, but when up and running Urable was my bread and butter. $50 a month was nothing when it comes to the service you get. I’m a small solo business, this afforded me opportunities like a full system scheduler, retaining names address numbers and vehicles, as well as automated reminders, billing integrations and much more.
