2,5h Verzögerung, weil Kreditkarte erst unmittelbar bei Mietbeginn angefordert wird. Karte wurde nicht akzeptiert- nach langem hin und her Freigabe ohne Kreditkarte. Auch beim Download langwierige Probleme mit der zu hinterlegenden HandyNr. Zuletzt 10-15 min Krampferei, bis die Ladesäule im Parkhaus ohne erkennbare Anzeigen endlich das Auto läd und die Spp mich frei gibt. Fazit: App hat Potential besser zu werden. Die Servicekollegen im Chat sind top.

Doesn’t work, no customer support
Couldn’t register, didn’t receive the verification code over email. Tried calling customer support, they were busy, never got through to a human. They didn’t call me back.
