Not worth it
This platform is the qorst, I’ve paid my subscription but can’t watch anything because I’m not allowed for some reason and they barely update any of the shows/movies I’ve reached out on several occasions and have yet to receive a response or have the issue resolved
Poor customer service Rip off
Did not get a notification that it was renewing, messaged 5 minutes after the payment hit and they won’t refund my money. Didn’t even use the app watched one movie a year ago and now stuck with it and don’t want it and can’t get a refund
Not worth a dollar a month
They don’t have consistent shows paid for months with no new shows like for five months of paying with no new shows or movies! A rip off! Not finishing seasons just horrible
Not enough
They have good series but nothing new, paying for a subscription and all they have is “coming soon “ and never comes is ridiculous
Need new movies
The movie on here are old. Need better content. I’m not about to pay for this. Need to do better if you want people to pay.
Trouble
Trouble I t won’t let me log in after already set up a subscription literally keep having me go back and it still will not let me login and continue to tell me to redo the subscription, but it already took the money off my card
Titles never play, not worth the subscription
After about 3 good episodes of a series an error occurs and asks you to try again later. The thing is, it still doesn’t work smh.

Do Not Subscribe
After a few hours of scrolling through their watch list I noticed there weren’t any good ones. When I did found something the movie was not working. Contacted customer service did not hear back from them. Requested a cancellation and refund as I do not desire to continue to use their app. Their customer service needs assistance.

Will Not Play
This app keeps telling me to “JOIN NOW” even though I already have an active subscription. It’ll say that once I go to pay. No one has emailed me back about it either.
Waste of money
This is not worth 7.99 a month with these thirty minute shows

Have not successfully watched 1show
I have subscribed and attempted to watch a show. It continues to ask me to subscribe. Firstly there was no free trail so I’ve already paid and not watched anything. At this point I’m unsubscribing

I love this app, the movies and the series are good. Every since I downloaded this app this all I’ve been watching. Thank you to the creator of UrbanflixTV. I love Fosters law and so many others, thank you guys.
Upset
I paid for my 1 month subscription and it’s not working I can sign in but when I try an look at something it’s saying subscribe after I already did.
