Cheated on package purchase
I bought a wax pass for 12 services but only received 11. There is no one to contact about this issue.

Doesn’t work without a credit card
I pre-pay for service but I can’t book an appointment with this app without entering a credit card. It shows $0 payment but still requires a credit card to book.
