I’ve done real estate for a few years now. No other app provides accurate comparables like Urbital. There’s is simply nothing available in the market right now. I have my own systems to track data from various websites, but Urbital takes it to the next level.

Extremely useful information
Urbital answers an important need in Puerto Rico: access to quality real estate information. The app’s user interface is intuitive and modern. I’m sure I will continue to use it for price comparisons and other relevant data if I decide to sell my property.

Finalmente una herramienta para los puertorriqueños que nos permite preguntarnos lo que ya muchos otros en los Estados Unidos tienen: cuanto vale mi casa? Cuanto valen las casas en mi barrio? Que es un precio razonable? Aunque aún falta que la app tenga una mayor base de datos, el diseño es intuitivo y facil de usar. Si se le da conocimiento, fácilmente puede competir con un clasificadosonline.

Something’s broken with install
The app asks for your phone to send an access code that takes minutes to deliver. You have no idea how long it takes, so you go back and request a new code. That keeps you in a loop trying to get a code that really works. Once I finally got the code, the app did not accepted my email….something is broken there!
