Dove sono gli acquisti in-app?
Scrivete che ci sono acquisti in-app (chiave 20 ospiti 29,90€ chiave 100 ospiti 99,90€) ma non le trovo, posso solo inserire un codice. Per il resto il dispositivo e la app funzionano bene, ma se non posso gestire le chiavi ospiti è problematico. Grazie!

The app doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work. Lots of errors and bugs. Works on some people’s phones but not others for unknown reasons with error codes given that mean nothing. It is supposed to let two people use one code but only lets one person use it before it says code invalid. Also generally annoying because you have to have a charged phone to have a key. Is nice to disconnect when going away but not possible when key is on your phone and you have to make sure phone is charged. Very frustrating experience overall.
UPDATE: it randomly logged me out of the app and now I have no key! I tried to reset the password and have waited 15 minutes and it has not sent me any password reset link including in my junk folder. This app is the crappiest piece of junk ever known. Avoid!!!

Pessimi
Sclak era una ditta in fallimento acquistata da Urmet. Purtroppo i bug sono numerosissimi e la ditta cerca di sistemarli solo in apparenza, dopo qualche giorno avrete di nuovo lo stesso problema e nessuno vi restituirà i soldi spesi.
Doesn‘t work.
Even the receptionist at the hotel was not able to register me at the App in my IPhone. There was always the same error (can‘t remember its number).
