Can’t be used for cathing

The one feature I want in this is being able to add volumes catheterized. It’s so strange that it doesn’t have this one basic and important feature.

NOT user friendly

This app is quite poorly designed. There are many, many flaws and things that make it annoying and difficult to use, such as:
1) when making an entry you can choose to record the volume using a range listed (e.g. 100-200 mL) or use a slider bar which is WAY too sensitive. I prefer to record the exact amounts, not the range, but when using the slider it’s difficult to get the exact number. It would be SO much easier if you were able to just type in the amount, but that is not an option.
2) once you make an entry, you cannot edit it. If you make a mistake or leave something out and don’t notice until after your entry is finished, you have to start over and create a new entry because there is no “edit” button. Very annoying and inconvenient.
3) there are multiple choice lists you can choose from, such as the strength of the urge for example (none, mild, strong, severe), but when you select your answer it doesn’t highlight or do anything to confirm that you selected that option, so you don’t know if it’s actually recorded or not.
4) the app is obviously outdated and old. I didn’t read the description carefully enough and didn’t realize that the last update was FIVE YEARS AGO. It’s my fault for not reading closely, but I really wish they would update this app
5) this app is made to be used on iPhone ONLY. I have an iPad that I use regularly and I like to keep my health data & apps on there, not on my phone, but when I opened this app on iPad the screen is only as big as an iPhone screen...the rest is black space. It still works, but it’s tiny on my iPad, which annoys me a bit
In conclusion, this app mostly does its job and records bathroom trips, leakage, and fluid intake, but making an entry is a difficult process that could very easily be improved with an update. The app does its job, but does so poorly, and there are more cons than pros. I haven’t been able to find a bladder diary that works for me, and I was hoping this would be it because the format SEEMS simple...however, as I’ve said, making entries is quite the opposite. I wish the devs would update this because I really want to like it, but the way it is right now, I do not. If it’s ever updated, I am more than happy to edit my review to reflect my experience with new changes. Until then, I rate it 1 star.

Does work!

There is a technical problem with this app. The buttons are not working probably. I regretted that I spent money without getting any benefits from using this app.

UroBladderDiary

Overall this is a good app to use - it's intuitive and easy to use. I would have given it a five star rating but I think it could be improved:

(1) Have a separate urgency option - so that I record the number of, and times and intensity when the urge strikes
(2) the slider control for output volumes is too sensitive - it's very hard to make it stay on the selected volume - every time I lift my finger the volume changes. I would prefer either a spinner (I think that's what they're called) in 5 ml gradations and/or enter the volume using the numerics on the keypad.
Having said that I still think it is a well thought out and well designed app that I would recommend.

Almost good

This seems like it has everything I need except it's nearly impossible to track exact measurements using the slider. If I stop it on 100 the amount changes to 103 when I lift my finger. If they fix this or add a way to type it in exactly I think it would be perfect.

Worth the price

I've been using this app for two weeks, and I would say it is for sure worth the price. I would recommend a few tweaks to the user interface, but all of the essentials are there. I especially like being able to email myself a CSV file containing all the raw data for analysis. Contrary to some comments here, you can enter any number you want, using the slider (for output, that is).

Not detailed enough

I was given a paper form from my urologist to record how much I'm drinking and how much I'm peeing. After half a day of using the paper form, I wondered if there was an app for this. Of course there is! But after buying the app and trying to record my numbers I was very disappointed. This app needs some work. The volume amounts need to be more detailed--higher numbers and the ability to choose a number that's not 100/200/300 ml only. What about 150? 225? Sorry this app is not as good as simple paper and pencil.
