There is incompetence, and then there is UrVenue. The entire company should be replaced with people who know what they are doing, bc these people definitely don't know.

Terrible design
I can't believe this is the only nightclub reservation software available. The app is TERRIBLE. Now to be fair I haven't done much work with them on a computer, but the app is like something from 10 years ago. It's extremely slow, lags on clicking and scrolling, is cluttered, 10 small buttons all in a row, can't be customized because they think they have it all figured out. Very disappointing. On another note, extremely rude customer service. They try and tell you what you need instead of doing what you ask. I'm already trying to find someone to build some professional software, beacause this is extremely generic.
