Dead App
Like others have stated, cannot login, does not recognize online username/password.
App doesn’t give information
I let my membership expire a year and a half ago, and recently renewed it. But the app doesn’t even recognize my recent logins. It goes back to a year and a half ago. It doesn’t show me what my plan details are.
Apps messed up
Every time you go to select a plan and try to go to the next page it says please select a plan even though I already did and doesn’t matter which one you pick it still says pick a plan and you can’t go any further probably losing alot of business because of it
No access
Can’t log into app. Doesn’t recognize login that will function ok on laptop.

Unreliable
What happened to the state specific travel plans and other material. I try the app and nothing I try the web and nothing. I considering switching to a competitor. Will someone answer if I need them? Fix your app and web page or I’m outta here

Doesn’t work with login I’ve used for years on website. Poor design, sent for password reset that also failed! Hope the lawyers better than their IT
More options
I’d like to see the app have a spot to add evidence or video in the event of a use of force event that would be secure and only available for Law Shield attorneys or appropriate staff. Like a portal where law shield clients could add written statements, notes , video in the field while it’s fresh.
Doesn’t work
I just tried to login to this app with the same info I use for the website. It keeps telling me I’ve typed an incorrect email or password.
I’ve ensured that I am using the right information via copy and paste out a dozen times and it just won’t login.

Emergency App
I would like to have an app that in case of emergency is easy to open to an easy to see emergency page that is easy to tap on the pertinent information needed. Currently, I don’t see that.
I would like to see more information about my plan from the app besides billing. Legal information, easy to read information that is easy to access, attorney listings of any attorneys that may be calling me that might be in my state. Currently I do not see that either. I asked a question to someone who called about my upcoming renewal but they could not answer an easy question. They said they would find out and call me back. They didn’t call me back. The App is not very good.

Disappointing App
Very disappointing, usually malfunctions and difficult to login. Needs a serious overhaul.
Hot Garbage
Can’t login - says my email or password is incorrect, but go to the website and use the same info I can login no problem. Otherwise what I can see is pretty much just the website (which isn’t much either)

I love U.S. LawShield, but I actually cannot even log into this app. And from the other reviews it seems like it would almost be a waste of time if I figured out how to get in.

Broken app, awesome company
The app simply does not work. Please fix this, guys! Elite member for 8 years, here. I love speaking to you guys because your customer service is top notch, but being that the desk and mobile site are also terrible, I was hoping that the app would make things simpler. Not having a functional app in 2025 is embarrassing!

Doesn’t work
Just like the title says this app doesn’t work. Will not recognize my login information and if I try to reset the password it never sends the recovery email.

This app doesn’t let you change anything at all. I couldn’t even get a membership on the app.
