Location and email?
Why do I need to enable location access to use the app. Ridiculous, this is a security product.
Abysmal and unreliable
Fingerprints do not reliably open this safe, even when multiple profiles are created for the same finger. This app cannot be used without location services, they do not understand their customer base. Furthermore, this safe essentially non-programmable without the app. Nv10i
Trash
This app is absolute trash. After daylights savings time change, it will not sync to my phone to adjust time nor is there an option on the app to adjust the time. All other features work, but basic time change is not an option.....do better.

The app does not allow me to enter a temporary passcode! Disappointed!
