This app is absolute trash. After daylights savings time change, it will not sync to my phone to adjust time nor is there an option on the app to adjust the time. All other features work, but basic time change is not an option.....do better.

Temp passcode
The app does not allow me to enter a temporary passcode! Disappointed!
App decides to stop working.
So I got a rifle safe delivered two days ago. Day 1 the safe and the app worked great. Now day 2, the app doesn’t work and nothing changed. Attempting to log in results in an error saying “time out”. If you try to make a new account it also shows “time out”. Awesome that I can’t use features on a $2,000 safe.

The Best Safe I have used.
I purchased the MX Series safe and the app to safe connection is amazing. I also love all of the features like controlling the different alarms and tampering alerts. Overall an amazing safe and app. Highly recommend.
Bad privacy behavior
Requires location access and creation of an account. There is ZERO need for the customer’s purposes to allow this. When one considers what these safes are supposed to secure, it’s staggering stupidity for the app to need ANY data other than confirming the user can physically unlock the connected safe. How are there so many good reviews? Every single user should be one-starring this product until this is fixed.

Decent
App is good for the most part, it’s a little primitive in the interface. It can be quirky and time outs or freezes. It’s irritating that there are upgrade features that require a monthly subscription of $5 when I just paid $350 for a safe.
Safe is nice, a little loose on the mounting bracket and you have to get your finger just right on the scanner for it to work.
