Software is junk
The display constantly changes And the app won’t connect to the safe now. The safe itself is great. Super smooth. The app and changing display are garbage. I would not buy this safe again until they get rid of the software issues
Horrible app
Just a poorly designed app thru and thru. Makes you use a connect the dots android themed passcode to get in. It’s clunky and connecting to Bluetooth can be frustrating. For such an expensive device you think a little more thought and work could be put into it.

Why would you have an app that almost never works? Now I can’t use half the features on my safe because the app won’t Bluetooth to the safe. When I asked for help, they said they don’t have any issues with the app. Except for the fact that it’s a 1 star. Hahah…
Does nothing useful
The app only update the times. That is all.
