Software is junk
The display constantly changes And the app won’t connect to the safe now. The safe itself is great. Super smooth. The app and changing display are garbage. I would not buy this safe again until they get rid of the software issues

Just a poorly designed app thru and thru. Makes you use a connect the dots android themed passcode to get in. It’s clunky and connecting to Bluetooth can be frustrating. For such an expensive device you think a little more thought and work could be put into it.

Why would you have an app that almost never works? Now I can’t use half the features on my safe because the app won’t Bluetooth to the safe. When I asked for help, they said they don’t have any issues with the app. Except for the fact that it’s a 1 star. Hahah…

Safes are wonderful app is garbage
Safes are wonderful app is garbage the app won’t open the safe on my WiFi connection u gotta basically be up on the safe for the app to connect if that’s the case I don’t need the app it seems like they abandoned this app straight garbage they either need to combine all they apps into one so they can focus on the problems as much as these safes are we shouldn’t have a problem connecting to WiFi to open the safe y’all need to push a update to safe or fix this app DONT WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING

Display settings, arbitrarily change
This is a barely adequate piece of software. Most times when I open up the safe, the display settings on the front change. When that occurs, I have to get my phone and bring it near the safe and redo my preferred front panel settings. How hard can it be to write software that works?
Nice safe
Seems pretty solid to me. The set up was easy maybe 15 minutes. The clock sinks with the app. My fingerprint works every time. We’ll see how it goes over the long haul so far happy
Display changes on its own randomly
The safe itself has been great with no major issues. Overall I really like it, but the display changes randomly for no apparent reason. I generally keep just the clock displayed. But some days I’ll come home and every display option is on, or clock is off but shows temp and humidity or everything’s off. I just go into the app settings and change it back. It either lasts a few days or weeks before the next hiccup.

Connection issues?
I’m like literally right below the safe in my living room and it loses connection every 6 seconds. I see that there are a few bad reviews. Wondering if there’s a patch planned or something?
Safety
I’ve had this safe for over 3yrs now. The safe is fine, this app on the other hand is suppose to update the safe from time to time. Especially when time changes. Well it’s not working anymore. I may have to uninstall and reinstall again. A waste.
If your life…
Depends on speed, don’t rely on this app. It takes far to long for it to find my safes (I have two) and sometimes there are error messages.
Bare bones
DELETED EVERYTHING I SAID PREVIOUSLY TO MAKE AN UPDATE: This app is horrible, a complete waste of time but unfortunately you need it to adjust the time and settings. It only connects 30% of the time and I have to literally stand right beside the safe. If anything happens I will never know. If the time on my safe didn’t mysteriously blank out once a month I would delete this trash!

Room for improvement
As another review stated, the time to connect is rather long. For the clocks, I’d like to see a sleep mode that has select parameters such as screen brightness and sound volume.

Installed the app and configured for my VS20i safe with no issues. The app has consistently worked with the safe with no disconnects.
Embarrassing Basic
There isn’t even an option to select 24H time.
Slow to connect
By the time you open the app until it’s connected with your safe, it’s approximately 7 seconds. 7 seconds is forever when every second matters. Do better Vaultek!
