I am a real estate agent and have used many different types of mortgage calculators and this one by far is proving to be my favorite. I like the data entry flexibility as well as the recording and the information how it to be shared.

Great for realtors
I use this app all the time when putting in an offer for my buyers. We know an approximate figure for what the monthly mortgage will come out to be!
Has almost everything I need (Missing UFMIP)
I routinely use your online version when I’m on the go and need to quickly calculate a mortgage. Please add the ability calculate the Up Front Mortgage Insurance Premium(UFMIP) once that’s added its 5 stars for me
Unable to add extra payment.
You try to add an extra payment the number pad does not go back down it stays up and you cannot press the done button. So in reality this app is worthless unless you’re trying to calculate a mortgage with no extra payments.

Avoid if you want extra payment calculation
Like other reviewers, I find that the extra payment section crashes the program. Too bad, this is the best web based tool for doing mortgage planning.

Has great potential but...
Would be an awesome app but can’t complete extra payment entries due to the keypad popping up and blocking the done button. I can not for the life of me figure out a work around.

Extra Payment Bug Unfixed
Unable to enter extra payments because the moment you tap Next or Done app closes down. Unable to find contact info to notify developer and intended to leave 3-star review until I saw similar issues mentioned in a review from 7 months ago so sadly must warn others away from what would've been an excellent app version of the website.

This was the only free App I found that shows the calculation of extra payment towards principal!!
