All that budget and that’s the best app they can produce
Such a poor app. Poor onboarding. Navigation is odd, content all over the place.
One radio channel??
Unbelievable only one radio channel is offered. This is a grand slam! The website overall is cumbersome.
Print too small
This app is absolutely fine with the information that it can deliver, but the print is too small and there’s no way to increase it. Using the text increase on an iPhone, doesn’t work.
USTA Partnership with Prediction Market Company
If I see one pixel advertising gambling - because prediction markets ARE gambling- I will delete this app faster than Carlos Alcaraz can reach a drop shot.
Incredible app!!!
I was at Fan Week so I used the app as a person on the ground. Now I’m home and using the app to track what I can watch from home. This is the most functional app I’ve used in years. I have marked who my favorite players are and the app tells me who’s on court that day and it’s so easy to keep track of who is playing when. It’s also easy to grab a ticket if you want access to the grounds or spring for a seat at Arthur Ashe stadium. You won’t be disappointed.

Very Well Thought Out
I find that the app is and will be quite useful when I visit

Some useful features but highlights are really poor. They are in chapters and you can’t scroll forward or backwards plus it’s not clear what the score is in games or which point in a game is being played. You can only see what the score will be after the point is played!

This app is no user friendly. Some people should be paid to “keep it simple”. It says “in progress” instead of showing the scores. And it says “upcoming” instead of being specific. And ads on the radio is so sad, if ads makes you Americans think you are more advanced well, you totally failed me. I love listening to the radio of the big tournaments without ads so US open=Big fail, delete bye bye.

No weather delay alerts on App - odd
Labyrinth of frustration
Okay, it has a lot of balls to juggle, but finding the actual information you need is a struggle. Often you stumble on a useful view, but can’t remember how to get back to it at will. Starting times for matches are hard to find. The Grounds Map DOESNT EVEN DISPLAY THE COURT NUMBERS — though it identifies corporate stalls without fail. Do better.

Lots of error msgs and unreachable pages! Videos won’t load…
There is an error message 404 for the online shopping tab “performance gear.” Page is not loading. Even the “message” page is unusable. I was trying to inform and inquire about this error without success. What have you done to the app? Trying to play a video recap of Muchova/Mensik win to no avail. the video just doesn’t load. Very disappointed.

They’ve added a toggle for “At Home” vs “At the Stadium” which switches how scores and other information is displayed - super helpful!

I love the US Open, unfortunately as New Zealand does not get any tv coverage this app is so good to catch up on results.
