2025 problems
For the past few days, I’ve been getting “access denied“ errors every time I try to open the schedule. Very frustrating.
Awful
Possibly the worst sport app ever and by far the poorest of the four grand slams. Navigating the app is so complicated. Trying to understand at what time one should expect a match to start, with all the caveats that obviously apply to previous matches finishing, is mission impossible. Case in point, the women’s singles final appears as “not before 4pm”. Men’s singles final, not even displayed anywhere apart from a hidden menu under Schedule>>Event…

No adjustment for visually imp people to increase the fonts size or turning sideways phone side

Not easy to use
It is very hard to use. Can’t find schedule, match status easily. Should learn from the BMP Paribas open app.
Terrible interface
The app interface is terrible and hard to navigate. No way to see future scheduled dates and times beyond tomorrow.
Disappointing and unnecessarily complicated
Did any person from us open looked at AO, Roland Garros or Wimbledon?
This app could provide much better and cleaner look. To much data with unnecessary complicated look no specific times or dates in the right places.

Crashes constantly
Good information, but the app keeps crashing. Have to go to the website instead.

S-show with tickets
They just had to mess with the Ticketmaster system and create this overlay. Cost me 20 minutes of quarterfinal viewing dealing with this unnecessary feature.
Why must radio have video
It used to be great to LISTEN to radio while working. This year apparently it is required to watch the announcers in studio describing action on court. When turning off screen the audio quits playing. Drain my battery for what? No thanks.
Schedule issues
The app does not update the schedule!!!!
Wimbledon app better
Learn from Wimby people! They add full press conferences and not just select players or bits of press conferences - all of them !
Useless, Confusing
Worse app ever. Very difficult to find bracket and accurate schedule of players, game times and days of play. Super disappointed and amazed at how bad it is.

Display of scores
I often record matches to watch later and don’t dare use the app for fear of seeing the end score before I watch it.
Rubbish
Not sure what has happened this year but the app is so hard to find basic information. Took ages just to find the draws for singles. Never seen any videos for post matches, no idea where they are. Not impressed.
Really poor this year
Two days now the app has gotten locked up on the schedule part of the app. Removing and downloading app again does not work. And others have had the same glitch. Please fix it next year. Fortunately, you can get the schedule on the web site. But it would be far more convenient an make for a better US Open experience to have an app that works.

Horrible navigation
Schedule and scores tabs are a chore to use. Forever scrolling back and forth. Google search is better for both of those. How about showing scrollable brackets for results AND schedule?
