Works well enough, but it needs scheduling options!
The app works as needed and seems to be reliable, but needs an option to be able to create a schedule to turn it off and on. There are other stove brands on the market that have the feature of integrated schedule options. Please add scheduling and I will come back with a 5 star review!
Wireless control feature shorted out in 2 days
The wireless feature shorted out in 2 days. When I called customer service, they told me that they don’t have any more control boards in stock and that I have to keep calling back to see when they’ll be in. WTH!!! Terrible service!!! Don’t buy this product!
Seamless setup and easy to understand
This app is very easy to register and setup. It’s self explanatory and understanding the capabilities are great. Love being able to control my stove at the tips of my fingers. I know my home will be warm when I want it to be.
