No new issues
I have cancelled my subscription. I have not received any issues since March 25. My subscription goes through May 26 (purchased app via Apple App Store). I deserve a refund for the last 2 months if I don't get any issues. I tried to Restore purchases, deleted and re-downloaded the app and nothing works. The app help is of no help.

No support and no resolution
75% of the time my issues are unavailable to download. I have to reach out and it takes weeks if I even get a response. The response is the same answer- log in and restore issues and it doesn’t work. I uninstall, reinstall, clear cache, everything. Nothing works and they never respond. Don’t waste your money.

Has No customer Support Doesn’t Deliver All Content
the app seems to no longer have customer service. they do not respond to issues after your purchase. I have messaged twice and all i get is the automatic zen desk message. If you purchase the monthly subscription you will not get a month of content. i’m locked out of everything but one issue. i would upgrade but this app seems basically defunct

This weeks magazine won’t open. Last weeks opens instead.

Often wrong issues other than the most recent so I have to go buy a physical copy. Spend more money. Not cool.

Great... when it works
US magazine has been my guilty pleasure for many years. I was happy when I was finally able to get it on my iPad. Unfortunately the app is terrible, glitchy and doesn’t work more often than it does. Often it won’t let you buy the magazine so I finally went for a subscription to get past that problem and now after only a few weeks is asking for $5.99 again but when I click on it nothing happens. I won’t sign up for another subscription to get around this recurring problem because I should still have the one from before. That is annoying too... it appears to have “forgotten “ my subscription. The app also continually locks up and I have to uninstall and reinstall it. Great magazine, abysmally poor app.

Out of Date
Everything is out of date, on the app and the printed versions.
New issues are never available
So slow and new issues are never available till after they have hit the shops for a few days. I just renewed my subscription and this weeks issue isn’t available again

I cannot open a single issue. So frustrating and I have cancelled my online subscription. App only loads, no issues can be accessed. I have not been able to read the past 5 issues!

This app constantly crashes and often won’t even bring up the magazines. You’d think they would get it right by now.

Constantly crashes - for the last three weeks all I get is a white blank page each week with no content and no download. Getting a refund is impossible so it’s a useless app. Don’t waste your money.
Scam ...you pay for a subscription and cannot open any of the issues. It tells you to buy the issue.

I have had it! It’s a hassle to download every week. I have been a subscriber for many years, but I’m done. It’s just not worth it...I’ve cancelled my subscription.
Where is the December 9 issue?
I hope we aren’t having downloading issues with this app that this vendor has had with their other apps. I want the issues I’m paying for.
I miss my US Weekly
I really have no other choice but to cancel my subscription. It has been weeks and your app or your website remain broken. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. It shouldn’t be this hard to get my magazine. It’s really sad.

Does not download!
This is the most buggy app! Regularly have issues downloading weekly magazines. Continually crashes. Have not been able to download the last two weeks magazine at all!!!
