The app is practically useless
With each update, this app seems to get worse. Previously, you could select which sport you wanted information on, but that option is no longer available. Now, I have to scroll through every sport to find what I’m looking for—football. Let’s be honest, most users are likely looking for the football schedule. Please improve the app by adding a filter for specific sports, or allow users to see only their favorite sport once selected. For a school with such prestige and resources, it’s disappointing to release an app that diminishes that reputation.

The WORST app
Navigating this app is terrible. When you want to find the football schedule, you have to go through other sports instead of having a menu to take you to the sport of your choice. It would be great if they allowed you to have a “favorite” page to start on. A few years ago, the app was great, then they changed it and it’s been terrible ever since.

Logins no longer work
Since a few updates ago I’ve been unable to log into the app. Attempting to do so returns the error “UserMigration failed with error invalid credentials”. The exact same credentials work on the SC evenue site.
Unable to login
I am unable to login after the recent update. There was an update released today and still the same issue. Fix this ASAP!
App crashed since last update
I am unable to sign in. After I input my email it wants me to click on the pop up message “email/X” but nothing happens so I am unable to continue.

Needed to get tickets, took wayy longer than it should have… was forced to download the crappy app only to never need it in the first place…

Very difficult app to navigate
Annoying to have to login every time you are accessing tickets. UX is confusing for entire app
App is improving, but…
You need to change the color of the word “CONTINUE” on the opening screen because it is now gold on a gold background, and almost impossible to see. The word “Continue” would be much better in black!
Pregame
The DJ should not play music when the band comes into the stadium. It’s very rude. The band works very hard for the games and should be celebrated and heard.

This app has a lot of cool features and streams radio and video however far too many times it does not work or open up properly, it is very frustrating as the app under performs.

Does the USC Gameday app offer a dark mode option? This is so important for us older fans!

Love the new look. All I wanted to check today was the overall record for the Baseball team. Please tell me where I can find that for any of the sports.

For some reason this USC APP would not open. It would not load and if I click on the Home button it’ll just stay blank. Please is this APP still valid??? I love USC #Fighton✌🏽✌🏽
They messed it up
I understand wanting to update the app, but this is a mess. It’s no longer intuitive and easy to use. I follow all USC teams, but that doesn’t mean all teams are of equal interest and importance. The app is almost certainly used for football more than any other sport, and yet finding the schedule and roster was a hassle.
