cannot log in
I don’t know if it’s because I’m not a student, but being able to log into this app is totally hit or miss, more often miss than hit. It says my credentials are invalid, etc. and does not keep me in the system. I have to call in to the Wellness Center to make my reservations, when this would be easier for everyone involved, if it worked. I think there’s some sort of disconnect between the app and USD’s security systems. Please update!!
