Wi-Fiに耳かきの端末を接続しても、アプリ内で「接続されていません」と出て映像を見ることができません。改善していただきたいです。

Downloaded app, within seconds got a scam email to the iCloud address used to download app, app wants mobile data access. Very concerned this app has been compromised and needs to be vetted by Apple again!!!
Freezing
I continue to try and use this app, but it always freezes within like seconds of using!

For people saying it won’t connect to the wifi, you have to turn it on to connect and if it’s dead you can’t connect🙂but for me, it worked amazingly and did the job!!!!

Charged this thing now for over an hr, installed and uninstalled only to reinstall the app by QR code for it to do exactly what it was doing en route… NOTHING. On charger but isn’t keeping a charge to even power on. What a disappointment, I was really looking forward to using it. I did get a refund however and they didn’t even want it returned… hmmm go figure.

After turning on the light flashed but wifi wasnt visible so I couldnt connect

After loading App onto my iPhone it connected & was working for about 15mins before disconnecting the ear tool from the App. I’ve tried numerous times to reload the App reconnecting, switching the product on and off but still it wont connect to the App. App & tool do not sync correctly would not recommend.

Honestly so cool, I saw my eardrum!
Doesn’t Connect To Internet
Tried numerous times. Went over the directions numerous times. Did troubleshooting and it just refuses to connect to the internet. Not worth the money. Bought off Temu.
