Practically useless
When it does allow me to open it and not shut down on me every second, I can actually look up my usage for my family,s phones. But 99% of the time it doesn’t work. Update it or give a new app

I have two separate accounts—one for my mobile phone and one for my Internet service—and I’m forced to log in using two different email addresses just to manage them.
On top of that, the app constantly gives me errors, and now I can’t log in at all. Managing basic services should not be this complicated or frustrating.
Overall, this app falls significantly short of acceptable standards for usability and reliability.

Pire application qui ne fonctionne jamais, rien capable de voir sur mon cellulaire. Toujours en «maintenance». Il faut changer le système et l’interface. Vous devez revoir vos priorités, car je ne suis pas le seul a chialer et vous êtes notés a 1,2/5

Aucun effort mis sur l'app depuis longtemps. Incapable de voir la facture PDF. Ce n'est pas sérieux. **Mise à jour: incapable de me connecter tout court maintenant. Je crois qu'ils ont abandonné...

Never works
Vidéotron used to be great. Its application used to user friendly somehow it has all gone to the garbage bin. App opens and logs you out completely; does not register your changes and many other issues with it.
Can’t even log in!
New customer here. Downloaded the app and can’t even log in. The app won’t let me type in the code sent to my email and keeps glitching and closing. Also having problems with the online platform. Can’t change my password and there’s no way for my partner to access our account without me giving him the code. Not a happy new client😣

L’application ne fonctionne pas dès l’entrée du mot de passe. C’est une honte que Vidéotron ne remédie pas à ce problème depuis au moins 4 ans! Ça montre un certain mépris de ses clients.

Cette app n’as jamais fonctionné en 3 ans! C’est vraiment gênant 😂 ça devrait être la base pour une compagnie de telecom d’avoir une app qui fonctionne non?!

Nothing works. Always crash, won’t even show any information. It always show “error occurred” on everything.
